By creating an account or using GioTerminal you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GioTerminal is provided strictly for educational and research purposes. Nothing displayed in the app — scanners, signals, alerts, AI commentary, backtests, or watchlists — constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not execute trades, place orders, or connect to any brokerage account. You alone are responsible for any investment decisions you make.

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance and backtested results are not indicative of future results. Consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish market data or app content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Abuse the service (rate-limit evasion, automated mass requests, attacks).
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Resell or redistribute access without written permission.

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to the timeliness or accuracy of any data. Always verify with your broker before making any decision.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by emailing Joelarosa1980@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
